There are multiple mistakes on this release:

The following tracks were printed with wrong / incomplete titles both on the rear cover and the last booklet page:
Track 3 printed as "Shapeless".
Track 4 printed as "Angels Venom".
Track 7 printed as "Suffering".
Track 10 printed as "Embraced".
Track 11 printed as "Hymn".
Track 12 printed as "Dark Purity".
Track 13 printed as "Slow Gimmick".
However, they were all printed with the correct titles on the 3rd booklet page.

Additionally, Kelly Conlon's last name is misspelled "Conlan" on the 3rd booklet page.
