Disc issued in jewel case with front and back inserts. Custom sticker on front of case indicates that the disc contains two tracks. Actual disc label and tray card only state "LP Version (3:59)" with no mention of any other tracks.

This pressing contains an alternate vocal take that is different from the actual LP Version. It is distinguishable only by the matrix number on the disc. Another pressing exists with the LP Version vocal take and was issued without inserts.
