Issued in a fold-over black-and-white photocopied sleeve with band names written on the front in marker. Record is pressed on transparent red vinyl with blank white labels hand-stamped with artwork and song titles.

Includes insert with lyrics and liner notes. Different song titles are listed on the insert than on the cover and labels. Titles from the insert are used above, as they are the most clear.
