The booklet lists all songs except "Josephine" and "Trouble In Mind" as composed by Mose Allison, but "Indian Summer" is the well known song with music by Victor Herbert and lyric by Al Dubin, while "Tumbin' Tumbleweeds" (published as "Tumbling Tumbleweeds") was written in the 1930s by Bob Nolan and a hit for the Sons of the Pioneers.

Kenny Burrell is misspelled "Kenny Burrel" on track 2.

Recorded at RPM Recording on May 11 & 12, 1987 and M & I Recorders on May 21 & June 2, 1987 in New York City.

Tracks 6 & 12 are not on the LP edition.
