There were two versions of this release; as well as two vinyl color variations. This variant was issued with a black-and-white cover and includes a double-sided photocopied insert printed on white paper, and is pressed on black vinyl.

Mother Speed recorded on November 19th and 20th, 2004 by Matt Fisher.
Carry The Casket recorded, mixed, and mastered at Shiva Industries by Matt Fisher and John Haddad.

One of the catalog numbers listed above is taken from the back cover and insert; the other is taken from the runout etchings.
