The release number of TR001 is on the CD face, see the images. The CD comes in a card envelope with the track details and credits stamped inside the flap. Limited release of 150. No matrix on CD so must be CDr.
There are two versions of the packaging, one on brown card, one on white. I now own numbered copies 5 (brown) and 123 (white). It would be interesting to know if upto a certain number where brown and then onwards where white, or whatever. Please see the images, I have now added scans of the brown version. The CDs are identical.
