僕らをつなぐもの (Bokura wo Tsunagu Mono) is the second miini-album (first major label mini-album) released by Hata Motohiro. "Bokura wo Tsunagu Mono" was used as the theme song for the drama Serendip no Kiseki and "Synchro (Album Ver.)" was used as the theme song for the drama Mayonaka no March. Two years after it's original release, the mini-album was re-released as CD+DVD only containing three new songs and three new performances. The original release reached #50 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 6 weeks. The re-release reached #11 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 4 weeks.
