"Forever Song" is the sixth single released by Hata Motohiro. The title track was used as the ending theme song for the TV program Sukkiri!! and it was used as the POWER PLAY song for the TV program Ongaku Senshi MUSIC FIGHTER. "Daisan no Otoko (CM Ver.)" was used as Sapporo Beer "Yebisu Beer" commercial song . The single was released in two versions: a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD Only edition. The single reached #10 on the Oricon weekly charts, charted for 4 weeks and sold 14,359 copies, becoming the #450 single of 2008. On December 16th, 2008, a new version of the title track was released as his first digital single.
