Issued in a thick cardboard clamshell box with the discs in individual printed sleeves, and a 36-page booklet.

Tracks 1-1 to 2-9: All songs recorded on 16-track 1/2" tape at Brygga Studio, Trondheim December 1992. Mastered at Stryke Audio, January 9, 1993.
Track 3-1: Recorded at Brygga Studio, December 1992. Demon Box cut-off, with slightly amended intro. Originally mastered at Stryke Audio 1993.
Tracks 3-2 to 3-5: All songs recorded at Brygga Studio, Trondheim May 28-31, 1993. Originally mastered at Stryke Audio 1993.
Track 3-5: Remake of the Soothe song.
Tracks 3-6 to 3-11: All songs recorded at Brygga Studio, Trondheim 1992-94. Originally mastered at Nidaros Sound Studios 1994.
Track 3-6: Demon Box outtake, finished and mixed January 1994.
Track 3-7: One of two songs recorded in the fall of 1993 for a Norwegian Kiss tribute album; Flaming Youth (A Norwegian Tribute To Kiss).

Track 3-9: Remake of a song from the Maiden Voyage cassette, January 1994.
Track 3-10: Demon Box outtake, finished and mixed January 1994. Remake of Uncle Larry's big 1972 hit, with Larry himself singing!
Track 3-11: A homage to Lemmy and the boys! Recorded some time in 1993.
Track 3-12: Previously released on Voices Of Wonder, A Compilation (WOW036). Recorded live at the Roskilde Festival July 1, 1993.
Track 4-1: Previously unreleased outtake from the Demon Box sessions, mix December 1992.
Tracks 4-2 to 4-7: Previously unreleased rough mix. Rut sessions, Brygga Studio July 1992.
Track 4-9: Remix, previously released on Rock Furore's covermount CD, issue #3.
Track 4-10: Recorded at UFFA Studio, probably early '93. Originally released on Helter Skelter Presents: Comin' down fast! A gathering of garbage, lies and reflections on Charles Manson, Helter Skelter Records, HS931017 (10" vinyl), HS93CD17 (CD).
Track 4-12: Audio 'postcard' recorded live to cassette at 2B in Eindhoven on an offday, September 4, 1993, and mailed to the management.
Tracks 4-13 to 4-16: Previously unreleased live recording from Blitz, Oslo, March 1993.
