This CD / DVDr combo came in a letterpressed gatefold wallet with insert and was limited to 200 copies. Each cover is uniquely double-printed (red and silver)
The bonus DVD features 5 videos and a photo slideshow with untitled and unreleased demo recordings, There is an easter egg hidden as well - a 38 second clip of the string quartet and their conductor during the recording sessions.
