Limited edition of 500 copies, hand numbered; some copies (probably the first 250) come in a white picture sleeve, with classic promo band snapshots on each side (this), while the others have a pink sleeve featuring a photo of a heavily tattooed naked man (that).

Also released limited to 100 in an envelope, inside which is the 7" with a different picture sleeve, and a Japanese porno (that).

Side A is a cover version of a song originally performed by Dicks.
Side B is a cover version of a song originally performed by Black Sabbath.
