This a major label re-release of the band's self-produced debut "Kill, I Oughtta" with additional tracks. The final track had previously been chopped up and spliced into their major-label debut L.D. 50 in between songs.

Many copies include a sticker on the jewel-case front:
"Mudvayne / The Beginning Of All Things To End
is the re-release of their '97 debut CD Kill I Oughta
and also contains 3 unreleased bonus tracks
including remixes of "Dig." Over 50 minutes of music.
L[ive] D[osage] 50 DVD/VHS coming Dec. 11."

Catalog number is EK 85995 on spine, K 85995 on sticker. (S1 indicates the number of the sticker, not the CD.)

Release is packaged in a clear standard jewel case with a clear tray.
