The Drive album was recorded at a time when Mugwump were at their membership peak with 7 full time band members:- Mark on bass/vocals, Dane on drums and EDD on keys, with Mix supplying female vocals, Nigel and Graham on guitars and Andy on second keyboards and FX.
This made for a very full but complimentary sound and with all the different influences coming together, produced some of the bands most eclectic and diverse work.
