The tapes come in a resealable plastic bag with a 4 page booklet.

Tracks A1 to A7 were recorded by NRK TV for the the music show "Rock '89" and remixed at NLS.
Tracks A8 and B2 are taken from "Megatape", released by T23 in a limited edition of 23 copies in 1988.
Tracks B1, B5 and B6 are taken from "Dreams & Dances", a private demo done by Runar Hodne at Loop 23 (dBut).
Track B3 recorded at a rehearsal at T23 in 1990.
Tracks B4 and C3 recorded for Radio Nova, Oslo in 1991.
Track B7 is a jam recorded at T23.
Tracks C1, C3, D1, D3, D5 and a part of track D6 recorded in Bergen in 1989.
Tracks C2, D2 and a part of track D7 recorded in Flekkefjord in 1990.
Track C4 and a part of track D6 recorded in Kristiansand in 1987.
Track C6 recorded in Kristiansand in 1989.
Track D4 recorded in Bergen in 1991.
Parts of tracks D6 and D7 recorded in Oslo in 1989.
Sides C and D are documents of live power and should not be judged by the sound quality, as most of the songs included were recorded on walkman. Only previously unreleased material.
