CD1 featuring b-sides and rarities from 1999 -2001 plus a new track. CD2 is a live concert recorded at La Zenith Paris 28th/29th October 2001.

All housed in a six panel (tri-fold) Digipak sleeve with clear trays and with a gloss finish. The left hand panel contains a half-pocket to store the eight page booklet.
Copies may come with a Muse business reply card.
Copies may come with a promotional postcard, printed on both sides.

This version was marketed as being "available for a limited time" and "double CD for the price of one".

Track 2-00 is a hidden track from sectors 0 to 10586 in the pregap of track 1 (Dead Star). It is the concert introduction - a recording of Tom Waits reading his poem "What's He Building".
