Issued in a slim jewel case with a double sided front insert. Released 2004 or 2005.

All "Holla At Me" tracks on the disc are the 2nd version. The 1st version (not on this release) has a extended explicit cut with verses from Mystikal, KLC, Calicoe & BG. A clean radio edit of V1 also exists which omits the KLC verse. This 2nd version on this CDr has a slightly changed instrumental, but the verses are the same as the 1st version. The clean radio edit (Track 1) also omits the KLC verse. The version on this disc was not used on KLC's 2021 release of his album "The Drum Major", instead V1 was used.

Track 1: printed track time is 3:54, but it's recorded off the CDr as 3:56.
Track 2: printed track time is 3:54, but it's recorded off the CDr as 3:56.
Track 3: printed track time is 5:01, but it's recorded off the CDr as 6:00. The actual track time from the disc is used in the tracklist above. The track should end at 5:01 (thus matching Track 6) however it keeps going on with a clicking noise til 6:00 in evident error. / Title written as "Holla At Me (Extended Raw)" on insert, but written as "Holla At Me (Extended Explicit)" on CDr face.
Track 4: printed track time is 4:15, but it's recorded off the CDr as 4:17.
Track 5: printed track time is 4:18, but it's recorded off the CDr as 4:19.
