- Use of Intertype rather than Linotype fonts, and different typeface for catalogue number
- A side subtitle in slightly larger size than songwriters' credit
- Quotation marks around "King" within artist credit
- Two-line wrapping of orchestra/chorus credit, with "Conducted" at end of first line rather than at beginning of second line
