The first copies of this release came with hand cut cardstock fold-over covers. The tops and bottoms of the covers were cut to make them a certain size approximately, and often they were not cut very well or straight. Also the bands name was printed differently. It could have been deliberate or a mistake, but the black ink is printed a couple millimeters higher than later versions, giving the band's name a sort of three dimensional look to it. The double sided insert that came with this version was very similar to the later version. It was just printed a little darker and the paper was about 5 millimeters smaller length and width. The insert appears to be machine cut and proper. The vinyl and white paper dust sleeve are exactly the same as the later version.

Recorded and mixed in South River, New Jersey in November of 1992.
