Limited to 500 hand-numbered copies. Housed in a gatefold jacket. Includes a 4-page interview booklet and a bonus 7" featuring tracks from two bands that members played in after the split of their first band Cruelty and before the formation of Nauseous Surgery.

The source of the Abomination tracks is unknown. They were recorded in 1989.
The Azoth track is taken from "The Slaughter Cult Begins" demo cassette. It was recorded in 1990.

The album was recorded at Orbis Studios in October 2001, mixed at Orbis Studios in December 2001/January 2002 and mastered at Orbis Studios. Guitars recoreded at Jams Studio.
