Original UK pressings have a 'serrated edge' around the label, and a stamped matrix in the run-out.
The 'SGC' logo, 'Polydor Records Limited' text, '45 RPM' text, 'All Rights...' upper label rim text and 'Under licence from...' text are in dark blue.

There are bootleg copies of this UK release in circulation, which are notably different from the original pressings. The lack of the serrated edge around the label is the most immediately obvious difference, and the above stated texts which appear on the original in dark blue are printed in black.
The third picture is of the bootleg A-side label for reference purposes only.
