Artist Edition (First Press Limited Edition).Comes in a 2-disc 6-panel digipak with an 8-page booklet and a 2 by 3 panel foldout pamphlet with on 1 side a drawn version of the lyrics and some tabs for the instruments for the A-side of the single. Both discs look like mini-vinyls. The CD has some "grooves" in the form of texture on the label, the Blu-ray does not have this texture.
The first 4 tracks of the CD are the same as the standard edition of the single, but it also come with 5 tracks where one of the members is removed from the ふざけてないぜ track. It also includes a Blu-ray titled "『FREAK』リリース記念生配信LIVE" with 6 live tracks from their livestream they did for the release of their "Freak" album and an extra bonus track that shows all of them playing "ふざけてないぜ".
BD-7 is not numbered, but it is listed on the back cover.
