This CD was sent to those who collaborated with a donative of 5.000 pesetas (about 30€) to help the band to cover the expenses of the appelation against the sentence on the trial that the Guardia Civil general Galindo presented against the band for the song "Ustelkeria". The band was condemned to pay a penalty and also had a prohibition to play this song live and to include it in any possible reissues of the album that originally contained the song.

Written in the CD booklet:
I reject the sentence that came out in June condemning the band Negu Gorriak because of their song "Ustelkeria" (Rottenness); besides de penalty, playing the song in concerts has been forbidden and it must be drawn from the following reeditions of the long play, which means an outrage against the basic right of freedom of speech.

I declare my solidarity with the band and at the same time reject and inform against the way they are being punished.
