Deluxe numbered edition including 4 LPs in black poly lined inner sleeves and housed in individual single-pocket jackets, a 2-CD set in a 4-panel gatefold digisleeve, plus a DVD-Video of the concert in a 4-panel gatefold digisleeve. A two-sided info sheet is included in the box, the CD and the DVD.

The box and LP jackets are made in Germany, the LPs are manufactured in the Netherlands, and the CDs and DVD are made in Germany.
The only difference between this and Way Down In The Rust Bucket is the absence of an FSK code on the DVD label.

Typo on back of the DVD case. Correct DVD total duration is 2 hr 52 min. 47 sec. - not 3 hr 52 min.

LP runout details are hand etched up to and including 'CB'; the rest is machine stamped.
