Limited "special" edition soundtrack CD for the Jim Jarmusch film Dead Man made of black laminated cardboard and designed to resemble a 19th century book complete with decorative marbled end-papers and a spine covered in mauve-brown cloth.

The booklet normally included with the CD is bound into the book. The CD is housed in a cardboard folder that resides at the end of the book. In addition to the CD, the folder contains a foldout poster that features a larger version the Wanted Poster on the CD's cover. The other side of the poster features a large drawing (presumably a William Blake drawing).

Tracklisting is not printed on record nor sleeve but is taken from Gracenote database.
