Cover says recorded from a Live FM broadcast at The John F. Kennedy Center, Washington D.C. 28th January 1973. But there are some inconsistencies:
1. Songs 3 - 4 and 5 are changed in order, the same as 14 and 15.
2. In song 5 Neil Young presents the band with Kenny Buttrey on drums.
In song 16 he presents the group with Johnny Barbata on drums + David Crosby and Graham Nash.
Johnny Barbata replaced Kenny Buttrey on February 18th in Batton Rouge, until the end of the tour, and David Crosby and Graham Nash, (who appear in cuts 13 to 16), joined the tour on March 10th.
Therefore, on the CD there are songs of at least two concerts.
