180-gram test pressing with generic RTI test pressing label on side one and plain white label on side two. Copies can have stamped information on labels, handwritten information on labels, or no identifying information on labels. May or may not come in plain white cover with same information stamped at top right corner on front.

Two copies exist with hand-written info on covers stating a date of production of July 15, 2008. One of these copies has handwritten info on labels which states July 15, 2007 as date of production, which is likely just human error. As there is no officially-released version of this title from 2008 or later, it was likely pressed in anticipation of a reissue that never materialized. Matrix info being identical to the 2006 issue means it is likely a repress and does not differ sonically from the original 200-gram release.
