Officially released 1st December 1977, although some copies were known to have been distributed 25th November.
Released as double A sided single, but the initial copies have 'Side 1' and 'Side 2' printed on the labels and whilst not specifically marked as a promo, these copies may have been sent to dj's etc. This version is mispressed where Side 1 labelled 'Venus Eccentric' plays 'Regulations' and vice versa.

Housed in an over-sized 8" sleeve
