4th (re)press came in an original sleeve, released in March 2006.
A1 mix title listed as "DJ Paul's Totally Forze Mix" on label and "DJ Paul's Forze Mix" on backcover.
A2 and B2 are originally released under 'Bodylotion' alias but is not mentioned here.
