Cover art is screen printed; black ink on gold cardstock paper.

Some copies initially came with a xeroxed black & white "prototype" cover when the band hadn't proper covers printed. These xeroxed covers have a numbered folded flap on the back, which is a mail-in form you could fill out to obtain the proper gold cover from their contact address.
