Catalogue number m:r-003 appears on back insert along with band website, email address, and text: "Support independent music, don't pay more than $5 for this CD." Sold at live shows in Canada c. 2002.Mumia Abu Jamal's monologue on track 1 is uncredited. Track 5 is an edited version of Ron Whitehead's "I Will Not Bow Down." Whitehead is credited on the back insert.
