"Niagara Song Book" was released on June 1, 1982 on the Niagara Records label, under the name Niagara Fall of Sound Orchestral, and is essentially Eiichi Ohtaki's fourth instrumental album. The album features light instrumental covers of songs originally from Eiichi Ohtaki, Eiichi Ohtaki - A Long Vacation = ロング・バケイション and Niagara Triangle - Niagara Triangle Vol.2 = ナイアガラ トライアングル Vol.2, plus two additional Ohtaki compositions from the 1970s.

Record came with hype sticker on shrink wrap, originally priced at 2,000 yen.
