Fans who already owned the Nikki Sudden catalog (either original Abstract/Flicknife/Glass/Creation pressings or the Numero 1200 Line LPs, or a combination of both) contained in the box could purchase the Dark Rags slipcase, which shipped with a copy of this repress of the box's "Back To The Start" 7".
