'Reptile' is spread across two chapters on the DVD, with chapter 7 starting after the first verse. This error is also reflected in the track titles that appear on-screen at the start of each chapter, starting from chapter 7, where each title that appears is for the song that comes after it. This then corrects itself at the end of the DVD, with no track title or chapter marking appearing at the start of 'Happiness In Slavery', and 'Head Like A Hole' being tracked and titled correctly.
