Contains demo and live tracks.
Spelling / timeline errors on sleeve - Aneurysm and Love Buzz supposedly recorded after Kurt Cobain's death.

Almost identical in design to the "1993" German "Sub Pop" in store sampler (SPDJ 40), an earlier fake with similar stickered plain black die cut sleeve.
