According to the backcover recorded live in the USA but no detailed information is given.

Part one of the disc features tracks from the MTV Unplugged In New York show. However, it is incomplete, missing a couple of songs, and having Dumb as 4th track, though it was actually played after Pennyroyal Tea on the show.

The second part are poor-sounding In Utero songs. Most likely, the official In Utero CD was played back and recorded with a boombox, to give it this poor sound and make it seem like Demos. Just like on the unofficial "In Utero Demos" bootleg.

The titles of tracks 11 and 20 are printed as "All Aploogies" and "Heart Shaped The Box" on the back cover respectively.
