1st press is under the name "Journey Into Terror", with a different version of the future "Journey Into Terror" 4-song demo inlay, this with the original art darkened, and with a single-sided, 2-panel inlay. This press has a single tape label on the A-side with the bands contact information. Was quickly re-issued as a self-titled promo after the band decided to reserve the title "Journey into Terror" for a tape that contained only new material.

2nd press issued with no cover, all info (song titles, year, contact info) on one tape label on the A-side, no label on the B-side.
