Human Plus: Human Plus is a system of learning to reproduce a specific effect at will. You then activate the effect whenever you choose.
Listen to PREP twice, then side 2 once and begin frequent use of the Function Command during your daily activities. Listen to Side 2 five or six times more while continuing frequent use of the Function Command. The more you practice reproducing the effect, more proficient you become.
After using a Function Command don't think about it, simply let it happen. The effect may be immediate or may become evident over time, depending on the complexity of the pattern adjustment.
