This CD is housed in a jewel case with a folding 4-page booklet.

Track 6 on this CD EP is a short 'untitled' instrumental that precedes the final track 'Enough', which is sung by bass player John Pignolet. The rear of the four-page booklet credits John Pignolet with "lead vocal on track 6", but this is actually track 7, 'Enough'.
