Recorded the winter of 2019/20 at the kitchen table in our little apartment in Boston, staring out the third floor window at the corner of the city skyline I could see. I spent a lot of time inside this winter, at this table, with my headphones on. A lot of time looking out at the steely skies and down at the street caked with salt. Now spring is here and I’m still sitting inside, at this table with my headphones on. The big tree outside my window is budding and soon that little corner of the city will be hidden by bright green leaves.
