Please note that the release date has been left blank as the release date on the OBI and back of release is listed as 1994-11-26, which is the same as the previous pressing PSCN-5013. Many sites list NTCP-5013 (this version) with the release date of 2004-10-01 yet I cannot find confirmation of this date anywhere online or on the release thus didn't add it to the entry as fact.
