In gatefold card paper sleeve with obi. Twelve page booklet includes cover art for the included singles with release specific personnel credits, and compilation credits. The artist's name is spot varnished on the front cover (i.e. gloss varnish on matt card). No running times on release.

Tracks 1 and 2 recorded 1968.11.3 at Mainichi Broadcasting Station Senrioka Studio 1. Originally issued as URS-0003 in April 1969.
Tracks 3 and 4 recorded 1969.7.5, 12.6 and 1970.1.7 at Aoi Studio. Originally issued as URS-0017 in March 1970.
Tracks 5 and 6 recorded 1970.3.23, 4.21 at Aoi Studio. Originally issued as URS-0028 in May 1970.
Tracks 7 and 8 recorded 1970.9.10 at Aoi Studio. Originally issued as URS-0029 in October 1970.
Tracks 9 and 10 recorded 1970.11.14, 12.5 at Aoi Studio. Originally issued as URT-0050 in February 1971.
Track 11 recorded 1971.3.12 at Victor Studio. Track 12 recorded 1970.4.21 at Aoi Studio. Originally issued as URT-0052 in June 1971.

Disc Two:
Track 1 recorded 1970.8.9 at the 2nd All Japan Folk Jamboree. Originally issued as the b-side of URT-0053 in June 1971. The a-side of this single is 手紙 (Disc 1 track 4).
Tracks 2 and 3 recorded 1971.5.23, 30 and 1971.6.5, 9 at Victor Studio. Originally issued as URT-0056 in July 1971.
Track 4 recorded 1971.9.28, 30 at Studio CanUSA, Montreal. Track 5 recorded 1971.6.2, 5, 9 at Victor Studio. Originally issued as URT-0065 in November 1971.
Track 6 was scheduled for release in May 1968 but unreleased at the time and was later re-recorded (Disc 1, track 1).
(There are no sleeve notes relating to tracks 7 to 9)
Track 10 was recorded 1970.4.20 during the recording of the second album "見るまえに跳べ" and differs from the version heard on the debut "わたしを断罪せよ" and the single version (Disc 1, track 3).
Track 11 is the re-recorded shorter single version, presumably performed with Group Q (Masaru Watanabe, Toshio Ogawa, Shozo Inaba).
Track 12 is the final recording by Nobuyasu Okabayashi with Happy End and was made on 1971.3.29 at Aoi Studio.
Track 13 is a live in the studio medley of three songs that appeared on the third album "俺らいちぬけた", issued on a 1971 URC promotional record, JP-1079.
