Two pressings exist. This version has:
• Sleeve with opening at the top. There is a 2mm-to-1/8" unprinted white strip at the top of the sleeve.
• Sleeve printed on very slightly glossy coated stock: white areas do not yellow significantly.
* Labels have a faintly-beveled pressing ring at 2.25" that tapers toward the center.
Another version opens to the side and has a black border on all sides; glossier, yellowish card-stock, and a different/more prominent pressing ring. The runout etchings are the same on both pressings.
