A very small number of sleeves (reportedly the first 36) were silkscreened (see Nothing Painted Blue - Few).
The main edition [this] has offset-printed sleeves with red ink on various shades of green cardstock, including pale green, textured olive-green, and dull dark green. See Images.

Recorded live to cassette in Franklin's Rec Room, Upland. Vocals recorded at Bluebird Rehearsal Studios, Hollywood.
