This is the original first pressing version on Zone 1 with a white jacket that has the bands name, album title, and artists names on the jacket. I don't know who they were written by, probably a member of the band or the manager or producer. Each handwritten cover is unique and some have different order of the names. This is a standard version as you see it, though a few different pens were used in the creation of the jacket cover. I believe this version came out in 1978, whereas the ISIKO picture sleeve version is 1979. ,
