Info from the liner notes:
After numerous meetings, Jhana Sound in Newton Connecticut was brought to our attention as the place we should record Marshall Law. We recorded basic tracks there with the legendary engineers Ron Bacchiocchi and Earl Cohen, and of course Brian Keane at the helm as producer. This was the summer of 1982.
The sessions went great!! We then moved to Scovill Sound in Norwalk Connecticut for vocals and guitar overdubs.
