Tracks 1 and 2 originally released as an LP on United Dairies in 1982. Track 3 is a previously unreleased bonus track.

- "Fin-estra" (1977): Recorded at the experimental music studio of Finnish Radio, Helsinki, and at the Institute of Sonology in Utrecht, Holland. Studio transformations of a recording of Roger Doyle's 'All the Rage' for Orchestra accompanied by children playing outside the studio window. Fin: Finland. estra: orch-estra. - "Rapid Eye Movements" (1978-80): Recorded in Dublin at Killiney Beach, St. Stephen's Green (voice improvisation), Project Arts Centre (piano), Whitehall Road (bedroom), Cornelscourt Supermarket, Pat Hayes Studios (composer composing), Willow Sound Studios, and at the Institute of Sonology, Utrecht.

Tracks 1 and 2: Edited at Pigeon House Road and Finnstown House.

- "Temple Music - Earth To Earth" (1991/92): Recorded at the Wellington Booth, Dublin. This piece is part of The Babel Project, a giant musical sculpture being composed room by room. Each 'room' composed in a different musical language.
