This is a re-issue, almost an exact replica of the original US version of the 1972 album (record, label and cardboard sleeve).
There are a few differences: At the back cover below there are the logo's and specifics of:
> UNIVERSE a division of COMET RECORDS, Italy
> Produced by: COMET RECORDS and OMM (Original Master Music).
And on the label of the record (which is almost an exact replica of the original) there is also the logo of UNIVERSE with catalog# UV 003
The release date of this re-issue is not found on the album, but it is definitely not 1972 or within 10 years from the original release date.
