The second ORQUIDEA NEGRA effort proves the perseverance and faith in the real Heavy Metal. The band only released it two years after their recording, overcoming all obstacles and delivering another high class record. Their sound is an amalgam of bands from the most solid metal scenes like IRON MAIDEN from NWOBHM, METAL CHURCH from US Metal and PICTURE from Euro Metal.

The original edition of “Orquide Negra (1996)” was a limited private pressing made in USA and long time sold out.

This is the first Brazilian edition in CD format, 1.000 copies pressing, released after accurate research of DIES IRAE. Including bonus tracks of unreleased songs plus rerecordings of old themes in 1992, 1994, 2004 and 2005.

Tracks 01-10: Recorded at Eger Studios, Porto Alegre (RS), in October/November 1994.
Tracks 11-12: Recorded at Macan Studios, São Paulo (SP) in February/March 1992.
