The LP is housed in the right side of the gatefold, with the sleeve opening inside at the centre. The back of the gatefold flap is blank, and a two-sided page is affixed to it at the centre. Issued in mono only. Reissued in March 1964, probably in a very plain "standard sleeve". "91-6091-1/2" on sleeve, "6091-1" and "6091-2" on pink and grey Record Society labels. Released in mono only.
