In black-and-white printed folded paper cover. Fake barcode on rear cover. Comes with two double-sided black-and-white printed 8.5x11" inserts with credits & lyrics. Disc labels are inadvertently reversed, with the photo (Jihad) on the A side and the drawing (Ottawa) on the B side.

First Press - 1000 copies with reversed labels on folded paper covers (this) including 4 copies on green vinyl. [This]
Second Press - 500 copies with corrected labels and new 11 x 17 Jihad lyric sheet.
Third, Fourth and Fifth Press - 500 copies each with corrected labels and folded paper cover with different label logos on back and missing 'Fuck Off' UPC code.

Ottawa recorded some time in March 1994 at SVR.
Jihad recorded in April 1994 at Western Michigan Studios. [Uncredited on this version.]
